Why we film it
Anyone can tell you they visited. The video is the difference between trusting a report and seeing your own hallway, your terrace, the shutters you weren't sure you'd closed. It takes us two minutes, and it's the thing owners tell us they value most.
If something's wrong
You hear from us the same day, with footage of the problem itself. If it needs a plumber, an electrician or a locksmith, we have people we've worked with for years — arranged with your approval and a price first, never a surprise invoice.

No long contract
Month to month. If you sell the property, or you simply don't need us any more, you tell us and that's that. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
Your keys, your rules
Keys are held securely and handed to nobody unless you've named them. Every entry to your property is logged and reported back to you.

We collect the keys
We meet you at the property, note anything specific about the house, and agree who's allowed access while you're away.
You get a video every month
Same routine each visit. If everything's fine, that's all you hear. If it isn't, you know the same day.

Keyholding
Your keys kept safe and handed over only to the people you name — family, friends, guests, or a tradesman you've approved. We meet them at the door.
Cleaning
Ready before you land, tidied after you leave, or turned around between guests. Beds made, fridge on, house warm and aired.
Maintenance
Plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, locks, pool and garden — arranged through trades we know personally and have used ourselves.
